The Challenge
A fast-growing fulfilment company was paying for two separate tools — one for biometric attendance tracking and one for HR management. Neither talked to the other. Payroll was calculated manually from exported timesheets. Recruitment involved spreadsheets and email chains. Training compliance was tracked in a Word document. The business was scaling, but the tools weren't scaling with it.
What We Did
We built a bespoke workforce management platform that unified attendance, payroll, recruitment, training, disciplinary processes, and document management into a single system. Face recognition kiosks replaced manual clock-in. AI generates training courses from standard operating procedures in minutes. The payroll engine auto-calculates hours, overtime, SSP, and holiday accrual — then exports to Xero. An AI HR assistant answers policy questions instantly using the company's own handbooks.
The Results
Two subscription tools eliminated — replaced with a single owned platform at zero per-employee cost. Payroll calculation automated from hours of manual spreadsheet work to one click. Recruitment pipeline from application to interview to offer managed in one place, with Google Meet links auto-generated. 30,000+ lines of production code, 179 API endpoints, 42 database models. Live and operational.
